You can return or exchange a product for any reason, but you must pay return shipping, as well as a 20% restocking fee if the return is not due to a material error* in the listing or damage that occurred during shipping . We may require you to ship the product to another location in your country instead of overseas to save on shipping costs.
For countries that have extraordinary shipping prices, we can request a full refund of the shipping costs.
If your return is due to a significant* listing error, return shipping will be free of charge. We can request photos and/or videos of the product.
*A significant error is something like the quality rating being wrong or a measurement being off by more than +/- 3cm.
